We offer a range of the highest quality health services including ranging from Osteoapthy, Sports (Rochester & Hoo clinic) and Hot Stone Massage (Rochester clinic), to Medical Acupuncture, Nutrition and Pilates, providing an all round service for the people of Medway.

City Way Health is an established practice which has moved twice due to growth in patient numbers and has been based in Fort Pitt House since March 2010 and Station Road Rainham since 2020. We expanded in 2018 to enable us to open a clinic in Rainham and this was sortly followed by the refurbishment and opening of our Hoo clinic in 2019.

Our Rochester, Rainham and Hoo clinic’s large multidisciplinary team consists of 19 Osteopaths, five Massage Therapists, four Pilates instructors, Nutritionist, Womens Health Practitioner, MSK Ultrasound, Canine Osteopaths and Foot Health Care Professionals. We also have strong partnerships with local specialists and practitioners who are focused on providing ‘Professional Care and Pain Relief for the Whole Family’. The clinic has several treatment rooms as well as a large studio space for group and individual classes such as baby massage and Pilates. Our Rainham Clinic offers a range of Osteopathy services.
