To ensure the smooth running of our practice and access to an appointment for those patients who require treatment, we operate the following policy in relation to changed or cancelled appointments:

Please allow 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less then a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of half price of the scheduled service.
