Amy Holder joins our growing Osteopathy team
Amy graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2024 with a Master's degree in Osteopathy. During her studies, she also earned certifications in dry needling and acupuncture, which she incorporates into her osteopathic treatments when appropriate, offering a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Amy utilises a range of techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Adopting the holistic principles of osteopathy, her approach combines hands-on treatment with guidance on improving various aspects of physical, mental, and social well-being.
Outside of her professional work, Amy is passionate about fitness, regularly attending the gym and dance classes, and enjoys spending quality time socializing with friends and family.
