Medway Osteopaths expand their growing team further

We are excited to welcome two new Osteopaths to our growing team!

 

Both Francesca and Andrew come with a wealth of experience and knowledge and have fitted in straight away with the team.

 

Fracesca Gilby

Francesca enjoys treating patients of all ages by using a wide variety of techniques, however has a keen interest in treating babies. Francesca is also qualified in Sports Massage and Sports Taping. She has recently completed training to become qualified in acupuncture needling. Francesca would like to expand her knowledge in the future to be able to offer osteopathy to animals. In her personal life, Francesca enjoys going to the gym, taking her dogs for walks, horse riding & socialising with friends & family.

 

Andrew O'Neil

During his time at the ESO Andrew completed additional qualifications in Dry Needling, Sports Massage and later Shockwave Therapy. He enjoys using a range of hands on techniques to help his patients and incorporates the use of rehabilitation. Away from the practice, Andrew fills his time by going to the gym, walking the dog or binge watching a tv series. Andrew also plays football locally and has worked with a range of sportsman in injury recovery/prevention from NFL to Jiu Jitsu.

 

Tom Cowdry

Tom is a structural Osteopath with an interest in Sports and Rehabilitation. He like’s to be able to send patients away after treatment with exercises so that the benefits they experience from treatment can be maintained for even longer. Within a treatment session Tom may use a variety of techniques including manipulation, massage, stretching, acupuncture and shockwave therapy. In his spare time, Tom enjoys staying active by cycling and going to the gym. He is also keen on expanding his knowledge of Osteopathy to optimise patient care.
